โ โ โ โ โ The malay lady cashier is not helpful at all. I went in to do photocopy but nobody around to attend to me. I saw the lady cashier there doing nothing. She did not help me to call other worker but remain sitting there. After photocopy, she did not bother to help me to arrange the stacks of paper despite me busy taking out money to pay. Very lazy attitude. Poor staff training.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to buy school-related stuff, for example stationeries, clothings for co-curriculum activites , etc. Price seems standard unlike 7 eleven which sells stuff at a high price. Good place for students to buy stuff.

โ โ โ โ โ How can anyone get whatever needed if they shut people out? We have to ask the workers to bring things we need at the entrance. I rather go to Popular bookstore or Pustaka Rakyat. We need freedom to choose whatever we want to buy.
Yes...Covid19...but can always try to arrange another way to make it easy for the customers to choose whatever they need...We pay...so we choose!!!

โ โ โ โ โ i felt the poor service attitude originate from the owner, with the gesture on "up to you" on whether you want to buy their stuff or take their printing services. Price for printing is also ridiculous.
