★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed. Bought table from them and their table got no lubang screw. They ask us to make our own hole. What? Pay so much ask us to do our own hole.
Very poor quality products. Even the screw on the besi all not aligned. Seriously super duper disappointed buying from them.
They are from shopee name Kenzzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During purchase staff agreed to assembly, paid with charged. When issue invoices giving many excuse refuse to do so. Note, deliver fees is charge per item. Take you own risk , promise can be rejected with excuses. End up request for refund. Wasting people time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the table. Is a 2 piece to be and L shape. Not one piece L shape. A bit misleading. Quality was ok. Installation guy is the best. Very patient and responsible. Can improve on follow up with customer and update progress. Same as well arrangement for delivering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a completely different table from what was advertised and shown on their website. I feel like I received some counterfeit table instead.
When I went to pick up my product from their warehouse, I asked to check the condition of the parts and tabletop and was surprised to see that it was different. Along with that, the item needed self-assembly but no instructions/manual were included in the packaging. I told the staff there and they acted like they didn't care and got me a generic photostated instruction (which was not even for the right table).
The product itself is very low quality, measurements are off and nothing like what is shown in the pictures. So disappointed with this purchase.. Not even worth RM 100!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this sofabed from Go Shop on 20th Jan 2020. Recvd on 26th Jan. Tonight 30th Jan the base of the sofabed broke!!!. I am totally disappointed.
I felt cheated. The promotion on GoShop shows 6 adult standing on the sofabed or 30x10kg (300kgs.) rice bag placed on top to prove that the item is super strong. I was sitting nicely with my wife watching a movie on Astro when the base of the sofabed suddently broke. I am only 65kgs NOT 300kgs as in the promotion on GoShop.
The wood material used is of very low quality. Dishonest manufacturer.
