β β β β β Called the shop for quotation, lady on the phone asked to whatsapp her number but no response for 2 days.
Update: Reason from florist accepted. Just find it surprised that florist was more responsive after my review instead of attending/follow-up on whatsapp.
Florist claimed review cannot be simply done after one query made despite personal experience. Perplexed since they have 1 whole morning to reply before my review.

Any reasonable request (like wrapping design, color) can be make. AND! delivery was SUPER fast to my location! Will definitely make next purchase here!

β β β β β I dont understand the 5 star reviews over here. I did not enjoy the experience dealing with this shop. They would not respond if you are enquiring about a low number of stalks of flower. I was asking about 1 stalk of rose (yeah i know, very small business), they totally ignored my queries and only reply a short rude message "Sorry Sold Out" after i sent another follow up message. Will never have any business with this shop anymore!
