★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no words.. the slowest and poorest customer service in the world.. including the doctor.. 24 hours but the doctor comes in at 11 am only.. i had to wait 3 hours just for 1 x ray..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the doctor skill i never try, but nothing difficult with him, only the old man infront the counter, no manes, shout me out because they just finish the mopping, i know, but how? you just big open the door, why cant go in ? if dont want people disturb or you are not ready, please speak properly! or you can come more early to settle the mopping job!
old can't be the execuse for no manes, and some advise for old people, old people can be no knoledge, but must have wise, because you old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came early in the morning and the staff said Doctor not arrived yet. Need to wait for Dr to come at 11 am. How come Dr come very late? Even we were first customer that arrived, but the settle others that come after us. Very horrible clinic, staff and Dr. People can heal while waiting for you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!!! Don't go to this clinic! This is the first time I've ever encountered such bad experience from a clinic. Very expensive!??? Over RM600 just for hypertension treatment ? in a normal clinic not a specialist, killing patient instead of healing!!! Should inform in advance and check whether the patient can afford it or not. Got a shock ?out of my life when told to pay RM600+, if no money to pay then how? Go to jail??????

1st time i called, the doctor agrees that i can come at night for booster Shot. But when arrive the front desk say cannot Only til 5pm.
Then they ask me to come tomorrow 1.30pm.
So i went again... now they say No Saturday don"t have...???????????
Went twice to clinic & damn disappointed.
Why can't all ur staff tell the correct information????
Never going here again!
