★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is very rude at the clients. They process the document very slow and they do it on purpose. They will find all the excuses to get clients to pay extra on top of the quotation given earlier. If you don't pay, they will hold on to your documents until you pay. They use this tricks to most of their clients. They also give empty promises. Overall, I don't think anyone should use this firm.
