★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lawyer encountered! Lawyers keep resigning and keep giving excuses to delay a simple process to transfer strata title. Paid full fees one year ago until today still in process?!! Highly irresponsive! Hold your money but don't do work at all! They shd be barred from the professional body from practicing. I'm going to sue them if they don't give me a FULL refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure clauses in S&P do not contradict what is earlier agreed upon with developer. They will just claim that it is a standard S&P and no amendments allowed even if there are contradictions. Use their services at your own peril!!
