★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidy and well organized workshop. Experienced mechanics who provide professional service. They can also be called to your location (e.g. dead battery situation or stalled engine). There is a huge range of tires available at this workshop. Tire stocks are new and prices are reasonable. The waiting area is comfortable.

Before you can fully explain your vehicle problem, they jump to conclusions and start recommending different solutions. Not my first bad experience here. Had one previously, thought I'd give them a second chance but obviously nothing's changed?
