★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out for delivery status, seharian tunggu phone call... Xde pon orang call nak hantar barang.. alih alih.. deliver failed (oda)... Ok pahamla.. maybe dah malam... Even saya call berkali kali kali kali hari tu, xde pon orang pickup.. esok status dah jadi ready for delivery.. ingatkan dia akan buat 2nd attempt, esok tu terus return to sender!! Senang sungguh dia nk clearkan dia punya kerja... Mmgla cakap penghantaran pantas, tp x kisah langsung pasal receiver!
Out for delivery status, all day waiting for a phone call ... Xde pon people call to send the goods .. over and over .. deliver failed (oda) ... Ok understand .. maybe it's night ... Even I call many times many times that day, xde pon people pickup .. tomorrow the status is ready for delivery .. remind him to make the 2nd attempt, tomorrow continue to return to sender !! It's really nice for him to clear that he has a job ... Mmgla talk about fast delivery, but it's a direct story about the receiver!

From aAlor Setar, rude customer service when I called on phone.
I have questions since it failed to deliver twice and talked to me in rude tone. If the customer doesnt understand something and they are not talking rudely, please learn to talk and inform customer politely.
