★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always change oil(ATF, engine) here with greater hope of improvement each time. but disappointed every time.
1. change oil on slope. wut?oil level will not accurate, and exceed recommended level. ALWAYS. not professional. is this short term business?
2. one time change engine oil, filter and transmission filter. everything provided(oil, engine oil filter and at filter). next day check, the engine oil filter used is not same as provided(if it even replace in the first place). and not even mentioned they used theirs filter (they even replace it?the filter look old with black engine oil on it). they even keep provided filter to themselves if i not asked for it. this is the work of their best worker(Bangladeshi)
their reply?
- "yeah, we did change everything to new filter. i didn't see the Bangladeshi staff do the work, but i am sure he change it"(who care about customer right, as long as my coworker is saved from his mistake)
3. went to replace brake pads. again, pass the job to their best worker(Bangladeshi). his face always look confuse while doing the work.
4. went to rotate tyres position(maxipura), the worker release car jack handle while in compressed position and hit the car door dent.
i know there is times they do good job. but mostly not so good. at least to my experience.
