★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parents are not allowed to directly communicate with the teachers. Not even a WhatsApp group created to ease communication between parents and teachers. All communication must be through administrator who handle other branches as well. What a joke. Parents only want to ease teachers on the children's behaviour so the teachers will get a heads up. Also when the kid is unwell, parents can just WhatsApp the teacher to inform. Kalau ya pun nak kena through admin, if admin tu memang sentiasa dekat branch ni tak pa jugak. Ni sorang admin melompat from one branch to another nak handle parents enquiry from idk 4 branches lain kat SP ni? If you're a parent you nak ke hantar anak ke tadika yang you takleh amik tahu aktivity anak you? Nak parents call ja? Beratus parents call sorang admin baik admin tu jadi call centre. Kesian la dekat admin tu semua dia nak kena handle. Sapa manage la tak paham aku ??♀️
