I had heard sounds of a child crying and posted a review on their FB Page, asking the public to be cautious if considering to enrol their children here. My apologies, Little Hood Childcare Centre. Ms Samantha Liew responded to my post, informing me that the crying child was actually of one of their teachers children who just wanted the mother’s attention to be carried.

So far so good... Hopefully, they will continue to keep up the good work amidst this crazy pandemic.

convenient location with a good responsible team of nannies. couldn't ask for more at the moment. keep it up.

Very spacious childcare with satisfactory teachers to child ratio. And also the teachers and the principal are very kind.

In year Sept 2020 I found this centre and arrange a site visit, first impression is good so me and husband decided to paid 1 month deposit, material fees, mattress fees to allocate a booking for my baby. Started to send my baby to the centre 3 days then MCO kick in and child care centre need to close. in Nov-Dec 2020 centre in charge person told me due to MCO and most of the parent decide to retrench their service, and all the baby sitter also resign already. They promise will arrange partial refund for me and I can understand this is hard time for everyone. However, I started to realize not all the parent pay deposit and therefore they don't have the problem to retrench service anytime. So I was a fool to follow their rule and pay everthing... Entire 2021 I didn't return to the centre and they never return my deposit, material fees etc.. (which they promise will arrange the refund payment asap). I understand is their hard time and I also want to monitor first. I can see their slowly gain back their business, taking in new babies toddler (sound positive). Guess I am the only parent left from year 2020 and still waiting to return Jan 2022, I message and also have a call with the same person in charge- Samantha. I told her I decided not to return and when can I have refund payment since they promise, and I would like to collect my belongings (baby mattress, etc..) they told me they already housekeep in 2021. So what now... you are doing housekeeping for your customer who already pay deposit and have a valid booking with your centre without informing your customer in advance? No more refund cause long gap 1 year no returning. You promise to refund but because I never keep chasing and you able to drag and now say no more refund? Samantha even told me if I want to return centre already full with the babies and toddle won't accept anymore.. (so my deposit and booking is for...?) Few points here which both of us have the right and wrong: 1. I paid deposit and in 2020 when everything is uncertain centre promise to refund I should keep on chasing them. No mercy and just keep on chasing back my money. 2. Even they didn't want to refund my money (in this term my deposit booking is consider valid) then they should inform me and should not pre-assume I am not returning and housekeep my belongings. They keep saying they will give all baby a new set not reuse what I have paid for my baby. 3. Now centre took my money but don't allow me to collect back my belongings / refund me. Not accepting any more baby ( their business is good now I guess). Even I message or call they starting to ignore me... I am a new parent, not good in looking for a nice nursery for my baby so far I still have to take care my baby on my own despite I am a fully employed parent which I still need to work. I hope my review can bring attention to those who are seeking in to this childcare centre.. how they manage their business, their service attitude, nanny or baby sitter turn over is high, set a rule but can give different approach for customer.

After trying 2 other childcare centres, we came across his particular place a few months ago. Overall we are satisfied with the services rendered and our child seem to adapt very fast as well. Couldn't be happier.
