In house and online service, both also very good! And their ice-cream cake is really delicious ? affordable price. Breads is fresh and yummy.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered cake for my mothers birthday and request to write Birthday wishes on the cake and they given me a piece of paper to write the message, then I given back the paper with my message, a few minutes later the lady brought a chocolate card with my wishes on top, but to my surprise she just hold the chocolate card with her bare hands, and I said how do I suppose to accept this as you are going to put it on top of the cake, at least use a glove. She replied me that she washed her hands earlier, OMG, people are suffering from COVID all over the world and this kind of unhygienic treatment really make me worry. Sorry but I canโt accept this kind of irresponsible service cause first things when I put the cake on the table my 5 and 7 year old kid will hunt for the chocolate, pls be responsible. When a customer walks in your shop, they believe you guys follow the standard SOPs and serve them quality food.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a birthday cake for my dad and paid the cake beforehand. Price is reasonable and it tastes good for us, we like the cake. However the ladyโs attitude is bad when we went to pick up from the shop. It might be better if their service improved, especially the way of talking to customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought 25 chocolate mousse from this shop. 5 chocolate mousse I took early, they provided knife with 5 big candles since they told me it's free. But then when I collect 20 chocolate mousse on fathers day, they charge me RM 0.30 for each candles. It was totally unfair and unprofessional to add on sudden charges for free stuff. Even the box for the cakes was provided by me. I was asking them why are u charging for free stuff and they keep telling stories. Finally I paid it. It left me with dissatisfaction. I took bulky order somemore, so you should have think. You guys really have to improvise on that. Because all bakeries, provides candles, knife and box for free. Overall the taste was good.

โ โ โ โ โ The โsupervisorโ - Caesar provided a terrible customer service. Bought a chicken floss Swiss roll last year and it was meh, with the same guy - Caesar ? decided to give this shop a chance again this time, but too bad, he brought disappointments AGAIN. This is my last time coming to here. Will not be visiting here anymore because of the โexcellentโ customer service from Caesar.

โ โ โ โ โ Seemingly, Iโve become a regular customer in Little Oven Bakery. You canโt blame me. I think lโve already had enough of the few other bakeries in Kota Kemuning. I usually pick up their egg tarts, which by far are mostly fresh. Iโve also tried their other items like the chocolate lava cake, salty cheesecake, mocha, and Savory items.
The best among the rest, for me is still the egg tart. Soft custard and a few bits of, I think dried black currants filled inside the crumbly pastry. Price-wise, almost the same as other bakeries. I think for the time being, I shall stick with Little Oven Bakery.

โ โ โ โ โ A nice little cake shop occupying 1 shop lot. The place is not so big but have quite a variety of bread and cakes here. Like their freshly baked pastries and of course their best seller item which is Portuguese egg tarts. Like their tart with some raisins in there.
