★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near Setia All Mall. Need to take queue number (quite hidden, please ask the staff) and fill up small white form indicating your kids height, weight and budget for baby seat. They do FOC installation as well, with installation bay at the back and front of shop. Wide range of selection, from budget to premium. At peak hours queue can and will be long. Apparently no coverage in the shop but they offer free WiFi. Staff are knowledgeable and can recommend based on your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Bought Chicco Cheerio from Little Whiz Shopee store but had problems with the locking mechanism and rear left tyre.
The staff has helped to arrange appointment with Chicco for the repair.

Only confusion is the store has many floors and at the Ground floor it doesn‘t look like it‘s the same shop due to so many unrelated stickers and confusing infos (it says To Buy go to 1st floor) and I waited more than 5mins till someone open the door while Car Seat is actually at the Ground Floor..but the rest is cool. Staff is very patient to explain and let us test the car seat. She even fixed the seat to our car and giving more tips with no extra cost which I find super helpful. Will come back in the future.
P/S Please update recent photo or your shop at Ground floor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there during Ramadhan. Eligible to claim government subsidized on car seat here. Very great staff.. fast service to find your suitable car seat! I suggest you must at least know some knowledge about car seat first. Bring in your list of questions to satisfy your needs and find the best car seat based on your budget! Oh ya, please bring your kids/baby to fit in with display car seat. It is important to check on comfortability including the harness system, buckle, fabrics etc. Thanks Louis and others!

Can we ask whether our staff ask for permission? No.
The flash could be a mistake due to previous setting. Don’t think so, it was very obviously hold and aim to the baby eye.
Did our staff apologize on this? No, I stopped by cover the flash with my hand.
Did you feedback to our staff immediately? I did said oh no, but the staff appear indifferent.
Did they continue using this for few times ? Yes, didn’t stop until I brought my baby away and directly to my car.
No recommended.
