CANNOT DELIVER WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE AND GAVE MULTIPLE REASON TO DELAY DELIVERY. WILL SURELY REPORT THEM TO CONSUMER TRIBUNAL FOR CONSUMER CLAIMS AND MINISTRY OF HEALTH.

I would've understood if they mentioned used. But never once did mentioned or checked.
Surely inside printer all must be damaged parts they're sending too.
