★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taktahu lah kenapa dh dua kali datang, dua kali staf situ tarik muka. (Org yg sama bai) Tak friendly betul. Letak topping pun sikit. Outlet lain banyak je. Sorry lah bang, sebab abg lah hbis mood saya dan adik saya hilang semalam. Tolong layan baik2 sikit ye customer. Tpi sorry to say aku sanggup pegi ipoh parade yg jauh dri rumah lepas ni semata2 nak beli llaollao.
I don't know why dh came twice, the staff pulled his face twice. (Same person) Not really friendly. Place the topping a bit. Many other outlets je. I'm sorry, because my mood and my sister disappeared yesterday. Please be kind to the customer. Tpi sorry to say I was able to go to the Ipoh parade far from home just to buy llaollao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the operation hours. I went to the premise at 9 pm, the staff inform me that they are closed. Whereas the standard closing hours of other llaollao outlets throughout ipoh are at 10 pm. Poor information and service can be expected from the staff. Please revise the service and operating hours.
