โ โ โ โ โ Due to mr amin lack of monitoring to his staff, our boss has been scolded by our customer. Part given from this LM AUTO shop is broken and we have to face customer's anger. Customer staying in N9 and spent 1++ to take and return the part to us. And we paid lalamove runner 2+ and 480 for the part for that spoilt item. Can u imagine how much total money we spent for this losses? 480 + 26 lalamove take part from LM AUTO then + 100 customer's claim runner = 606 for NOTHING!!!! THEN MR AMIN asked us to return and he will pay 480 only??? How about those expenses??? Hangus mcm tu je? Therefore my boss want AMIN to replace the broken part (front glass cover) so that we can RESELL but he REFUSED!
