★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went here searching for cake shop near bestari jaya and found this place. I choose a caramel choc cake 400g price at rm28 that time. It was a bargain since I dont know whether this is good or not. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and simple. Then after celebrate it, I came here to give review because they deserve it. The cake is a very soft sponge choc cake and the sweetness of everything is just nice. Not too sweet like typical cake. I would totally come here again and try their other cakes because all of it looks delicious. For the first time I finish a cake less than 2 days since I only celebrate it with a friend of mine,,Usually cake will be stored in a refrigerator for days to finish it.Even when u stored it in refrigerator, the cake is still good like u first time eat it. no hard cream or hard sponge cake.. this one, U will want another slice and another slice because it is good..I hope they open another store near negeri sembilan or petaling jaya since I will be moving out soon...Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service in terms of cake production. Customized cake received without proper checking. Cake wording overlapped with the piping and the cake shop don't bother to check and not willing to redo even the mistake was done by their side. The best thing they offered was to give a refund without even thinking that customer already pre planned the birthday event. At time of cake collection they not even apologize for their fault. Amazing! HQ just put the blame on their agent instead of admitting their production side mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service in terms of cake production and customer service. Customized cake not properly done and they refused to redo by saying that the mistake was common thing. Cake wordings overlapping with the cake piping. Meaningless to do cake wordings if cannot see clearly. Amazingly they simply offer for refund for the damage done without even thinking about customer's event. Amazing. Not recommended at all. They didn't apologize during cake collection. HQ simply blame their agent side instead of admitting it is HQ mistake due to cake production controlled by HQ.
