I've been left hanging for weeks. Three years of using this service and this is the first time my parcel has been delayed for almost 30 days. What happened to the service?
Now I'm unable to track the status of my parcel from the UK ._.
Update: Finally got my parcel after 30days! I'm so happy it arrived in good condition! Just wish the company would have more contingency plan for any delayed delivery by updating the recipient promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor customer service. Customer service number provided is either not in service or goes unanswered. Even emails was left unattended. Have raised numbers of ticket to track my parcel however there's no reply and it has been 2 week. Definitely the worst logistic company!
I'm lost and I cant track my delivery, this is frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone near with logistic, will suggest to contact them earlier in email and wait for their reply, let them know want to self collect at what date and time. I come at 9 am but they open at 10am so it is better to set appointment time at 10am to reduce wait time. *I get mine package ❤️

I read all the review, the problem is not a day ago, it’s been there long ago. I wonder why this company still survive in 2022. This is the worst things in Malaysia, no matter how you complaint they can just ignored it. Malaysia boleh !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst couriers I have known. My package, which contains very high value items, has been "Out for Delivery" for over 2 days and it still has not arrived. All calls to the office are unanswered or do not even go through. There has been no response to the tickets I have opened with the company, or the email that I sent. No contact from the driver. Nothing. Absolutely appalled.
