โ โ โ โ โ Dr. LOI is a very down to earth GP. He is direct with his patients. No holds barred. However its better to have a no nonsense doctor and when you follow his advice and medications all's well.

โ โ โ โ โ I have never met such impolite and inattentive nurses/receptionists before. When I walked into the clinic, the nurses did not even bother to stand up from their seats or said anything, instead, they just looked at me with those uncomfortable stares. I went on and registered and waited for around 15 minutes, wondering why it's taking so long as there was no other patient, hence i asked the nurses how long more i should wait and if there is any patient that the doctor is seeing now. And she told me that the doctor went out for lunch and will be back in half an hour. I mean, she could've informed me about this way earlier when i was registering but she didnt. (Note: My opinion above is solely on the service at the clinic and is not related to the professionalism of the doctor.)
