โ โ โ โ โ Order on 9Oct 2020. Because of the packaging and delivery time I contacted the customer service. They said will return the bill payment to LOLOL , so I ask whether can return to my bank instead of Lolol wallet . They said Can but need to pay RM1 processing fee and waited for 2weeks working days. I said okay then I wait
On 27 oct 2020 - I contact again , they said will check with account department and update me by the next day
On 31oct 2020- no reply
On 2 Nov- they said will check with account department AGAIN
On 9Nov - no reply
On 10Nov - no reply
On 13 Nov - no reply
On 15 Nov - no reply
Well.. I feel like if you don't want to return the money you can just not offering to return the money at first ... But as you accept to return the money then do it as you promised
Is okay that you refuse to return the money I will be fine with that cause I can just think that wasted money on this useless app that give voucher that are useless
Super high delivery
Need to pay for packaging fee but the packaging was sucks
Lastly I would like to say as you guys are providing F&B service please stop being irresponsible and not responding.....

โ โ โ โ โ Cheating app. Ordered around 8pm, ETA 45 min. Waited 1 hour ++, no updates. The app do not have any function that allow us to check status / cancel! Contacted Customer Service agent, without checking, right away she told me, the delay was due to heavy traffic. Waited another some time, i contacted the agent again, pushing for a status update. She took some time, came back to me saying "Rider heading to restaurant" (after 1.5 hour). after 2 hours, i did not get my order, requested them to cancel my order. They change my order status as "COMPLETED". This is CHEATING! i asked them to change to "CANCEL", they refused to do so, reason given by them "restaurant prepared the food & have to pay the restaurant".
