★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the MCO earlier this year, the store manager was super nice, friendly, and attentive. Buying from Long Farm was convenient, comfortable, and worth it despite the slightly higher cost. Now that business has picked up with the easing of restrictions, the same lady manager is now rude, unhelpful, impatient, arrogant, and totally uncooperative. She even refuses to pick up the phone and preferring to yak non-stop with friends or other customers in store. Two face! Poor service! Shame on them!
