★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall service is incredibly good.
It's free, convenient, and comfortable with its AC buses.
Enough reasons for it to deserve a 5-star.
However, there is something that I don't want the management and others to miss, hence, I give it a 2-star.
The ONLY reason I give a 2-star is the poor decision of this one LTCP bus driver.
This happened on Friday 6 March 2020.
It was afternoon and he closed the AC (air conditioner).
I thought it was broken so I didn't ask him. Then right before he started to drive, he switched the AC on! I was shocked. I was in the bus getting sweaty already and only to find out that the AC was actually fully functioning.
I don't know the driver's name but yeah, if YOU do use LTCP bus service and the AC is not turn on, PLEASE ASK the driver to turn it on.
The AC is not broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shuttle is great and parking okay. But they could modernize ticket payment and accept using cards, I mean 21st century right... Otherwise if you have no cash you have to go back to airport just to withdraw...lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rm30 a day. Good for 2 to 3 days travellers to save on your taxi fare. Frequent shuttle bus to klia and klia2. Should give it a try. Covered carpark guarded.

The open area didn't look well maintained with long grass, some damage structures etc.
Not pedestrian walkways & road crossing going to the bus stop.
Overall, the area looks dull & gloomy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of open car park, covered by solar panels roof, not quite well maintained. Not really value for money, as it is not within walking distance, and the shutter bus service has a lot of room for improvement, especially for the driver attitude, I meant even if the shutter bus service is free, I will not recommend to use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promotion deal, RM 112 for one week (7 nights) parking. Machine accepts cash only. Good deal. Park your car under shade and free shuttle bus to KLIA or KLIA2. The shuttle bus comes every 10 min. Just park and fly. They built such a huge place. More we use it, it will get better. Much cheaper than calling Grab in my case.
