โ โ โ โ โ We bought some accessories but paying with my debit card, they said it is error but again tried by my husband debit card 2 times but they said that it is error, we need to pay cash. But in the ATM machine 1 time my card and 2 times with my husband card was taken the amount of payment (83:20) by them. I don't know whether I will be able to get back my amount or not?

โ โ โ โ โ A heaven or popular hardware store for contractors or seasoned DYI guys/gals. Not a place to browse around. More convenient if you know what you want. Good inventory and selection. Reasonably priced and plenty of staff to assist customers. Parking maybe a challenge.

โ โ โ โ โ It's great that I can find what I needed here. But I only went there for 5 to 10 mins, when I entered my car I realised that the cigarette smokes stay on my clothes. What's the point of putting no smoking when your employees were holding their cigarette when dealing with customers? For a non smoker, this is disturbing. Please be more considerate.

โ โ โ โ โ Lousy bloody service. Acted like I was invisible then about 10minutes later get someone who did not know anything about door locks to attend to me. Another lady who I think is the lady boss was just shouting to the staff. Useless place to buy your hardware needs
