★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in Dec 2020 I bought a sofa from Lorenzo amounting for RM3.5k ,after 3 months later, some loosing sound coming out from sofa leg.
I called for repairing and staff told me the rubber that support sofa leg was shattered. I was so surprise because my kids and me seldom sit this sofa.
after almost one month return from repairing, I was so disappointed , it takes so long time to repair yet return with defect item.
The sofa leg still dented and the worst part is the middle sofa leg is not touch to the floor, it is supported by other sofa legs.
I can't believe they provide such quality of service, given that the items that they sell are quite expensive.
