★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sofa set just about 2 years, the spring in the seat broken. Even it is covered under 5 years warranty, customer service informed me it will take 2 to 3 weeks to repair -Transportation charges RM190 for to and from the factory.
I hope the management will look into the duration for such repair as it takes too long for your customer without a proper sofa set at home while waiting for the repair - currently in the 2nd week of waiting.
If you feel that your existing customer is not in your priority, then my next sofa will not be Lorenzo.
Update : 7/1/2022
Today my another sofa also faced the same issue that i described as above. I called the showroom they informed me that they can only repair after chinese new year which is more than 1 month later.
so, expect me do not have a sofa set at home during the festival season.
What a customer service is this ???
