★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally ditched me at IKEA. Waited for them from 2pm and they never came. My furniture was almost stranded outside IKEA. When I called them, they just ignored my calls. I had to call another lorry service to help me move my stuff. They said they would change our appointment time but guess what. They also never came.
