β β β β β I lived in Blok A for a while. The water tank kept leaking which cause frequent blackouts. Also this caused the stairway to be damp and there were stagnant water everywhere. And eventhough the parking space is marked with your unit, people can and will steal it. Not recommended.

β β β β β Garbage disposal bins located at guard house which is quite a walk from Blk.B. Also rats running up in the ceiling can cause a lot of noise during the night. Flushing of toilet a problem which happens quite frequently; causing water to stagnate in toilet bowl.
