★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their designs but I think they could improve on their customer service and customer's experience. I ordered my clothes online but didn't get any update about the delivery or tracking number. Had to call the boutique many times before it was answered. The person on the phone was nice enough and told me that the parcel has already been shipped the day before (4 days after I ordered them) and that they just haven't send the tracking number to me yet. Till now I didn't receive any updates and not sure of the whereabouts of my parcel.
