M	Muhammad Shagir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the beautiful Place in this area. I can say you will enjoy the beautiful scenario from 2nd floor of LoTeng Cafe. I can't say the food quality is delicious or marvelous, it is an average to me. Maybe it because of i am a foreigner and i had taste good quality food than that. Anyway rest of the thing is good specially services and behavior. The experience was quite good.
a	aimanizham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system was such a hassle, although you ordered your food using QR code provided on the table, you can't pay using online payment & you need to go to the counter to pay. This is so irritating especially if you're sitting on the top floor. Also, you need to take your drinks at the counter so those on upper floor need to make multiple trip downstairs. I try to save my time going up & down so I waited for my drinks at the counter, their iced choc is just a premix, I saw them pour the drink from a jug yet I waited for 5 minutes to get my drink. They made all ordering through online platform but does not even provide WiFi to customer even though they do have WiFi on the premises. Their food was just okay, not worth the price I'm paying. However their staff was super friendly & helpful, thats the only reason I'm not rating them 1 star.

N	Nur Nabihah Abdul Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place and food itself is okay, but the service is very inefficient cause customer need to scan the QR to see the menu and order but then need to do payment at the counter at the first level prior to confirm the order. Also, we were ordered by the waiter to take the drinks by ourselves (self-service), again, at the first floor even there's available waiter who can serve us which is very absurd style of service ?
F	Fatin Syazana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered our food and drinks thru the QR code that they provided on the table at 3.35pm. A few minutes later, a waiter brought our drinks. We waited until 4.25pm for our food, till we realized they never actually prepared our food at all. So, I confronted the staffs and found out that we actually needed to pay first at the cashier for them to proceed with the food preparation. What a lousy procedure. There was no instruction shown at all, neither at the table nor at the website ?? the staff blamed me for getting the drinks first, “eh mana boleh ambil order sebelum bayar”, and I was like??? “Ask your staff at the cashier lah??? She gave me my my drinks and never tell that I need to pay first???” He apologized, and asked to pay first. So we paid at the cashier at 4.25pm. Then, our food arrived at 5.17pm ? the food was below average. Very disappointing. This restaurant needs to fix their order method. From my experience on many restaurants, when I order thru the QR, the cashier would straight away prepare my food, and I have the options to pay ahead thru online payment or pay later at the counter. Never expect customers to understand your order procedure, unless if you tell proper instructions to us. If there is 0 star, I would click that. This restaurant surely sells the scenery rather than the service.
M	Mooi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovated with modernised environment, but still serves food with bland taste. The waffle is expensive and not crispy. A place for only taking nice photos.

Since it's evening, the sunshine was blocked by the building but still can feel the heat beside sitting inside. Foods tastes were consistent that means no significant change in taste. Prices were maintained. And the staffs who serve us were excellent ? Overall 3/5 (lot of room for improvement).
