And if there is/are some shortfalls on the ordered products, they would not hesitate to replace with a close to similar products of a higher price but you would only require to pay the original ordered and lesser price products. This gesture of making any customers happy is an extra mile approach to make any customer happy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 4 fitting rooms but only 1 is opened. The e other 3 fitting rooms are locked. It is so ridiculous. Customers have to wait so long and there were many customers. Please ensure customers can shop conveniently and not wasting time waiting. You can do better, Lotus's!!

This is the first spacious and a good place to find everything in DIY shop. I found 16" fan blade here.
Went to many places to get that and finally got it there.
