★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lotus's is to install in Sri Alam Masai. It is surrounded by Taman Rinting, Kota Puteri, Sri Alam., Built nearby. You can come here as a family and buy many household items. Products are all for sale at good prices and in good quality. Post Office, there are also teller machine sevices. There are also car parking facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. The staffs are being so rude, especially the senior ones who act like they own the place. They like to yell and shout to the customer over something they can handle it professionally. Idk if you actually train the staff or just simple pick random people to work for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a quick lunch. Found out that each stall gatekeep their forks and spoons. You can have them only if you buy food from them. The stall I went to only had knives to give their customers. So I asked other stalls for them but they said they dont have it. But once you bought something from these stalls the cutlery magically appear!!! Perhaps its time for everyone to consider bringing our own cutlery if we ever decide to eat here

Food court alot of ppl ,but no body clean up for table .
