★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like they are restocking when I was there... Not sure if the management changed. Everything seems the same as Tesco days. There are still some Tesco products lying around... Home lotus products is starting to be sold on selves.

2 items were overcharged and one item scanned twice.
Glo is 4.49 but charged 6.69
Lotus tissue is 6.89 but charged 10.99
Noticed the price difference after checked out. Asked the staff and she said they got price issue ! Hv to claim back the difference from customer service counter.
Like that anyhow overcharged also can ??
Ginger 0.59 was scanned twice, only realised it when I reached home.

Store is clean & well maintained. In house brand products are cheaper. I think this is the only supermarket in JB that has self check out counters. For 10 items & below. Mode of payment - cards & cash. Quite fast & efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well recommended fair price cheapest in Town I think. Even Giant and AEON are expensive. Foods stalls in the Mall Great. Outside Mall KopiTiam are the Best. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wont like to go into this supermart, reason being that, they required patrons to leave their belongings on a table or use cable tie to lock up your bags. Meaning they suspect you will steal their stuffs without paying. The point i want to make is, before I go in, they already suspect I am a thief. Then why should i go in? Leaving my bags there, I can also suspect the staff may steal my belongings inside the bag, so why go in.
Now with technology, I am sure there are better ways to catch shop lifters, one way is by placing camera and having security staff in a room to monitor.
