★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs. Clean, sanitised and comfy karaoke room. I recommend customers to sign up for member first cuz the price for non member is almost twice as high as member price. Also, please call them & book first before coming. Minimum 2 ppl, & its three hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. We paid full amount but we only entitled to sing for 2.5 hours only, due to they closing at 1am.
Firstly, it is unfair for customer. Secondly and most importantly, we are NOT BEING INFORMED regarding this issue. If we are acknowledge regarding this, then ok, at least we know about it. But hello? Ur staff didn’t inform us AT ALL.
Moreover, when we trying to get clarification from them regarding this issue, staff only keep insist that they informed us already, no sorry or solution given and their attitude is terrible.
Staff is not well trained, so please make sure that your staff will inform customer regarding this. Especially for customer who come after 10pm.
