And this branch doesn't seem well run.
A lot of mics were out of battery, our first room had issues with the sound controls and the lighting.
If possible, visit other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't recommending this branch at all. 1st, when I enter the room, the smell is awful. I don't expect the room to be smell nice, but at least let me breath peacefully. 2nd, every floor has a drinks buffet section, but the section at my floor is 'kosong'. I have to get up to another floor, get my drinks, and get down to my room. Doesn't feel like the branch is ready and welcoming the customers at all. 3rd, usually the room brightness can be controlled, so when you switched off the light, you can still enjoy in a dim light environment. So when I try to adjust the brightness of the room, it didn't work, because the light bulb is gone! Totally a bad experience, would not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mic volume in the first room we got couldn’t be adjusted, couldn’t find any staff at that floor but the receptionist helped us change the room after we looked for her help. There’s chocolate and strawberry ice cream, sadly diet sodas are out of stock quite often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad system and services especially the sign up of membership. Dealt for half an hour just to sign up for a membership. Very bad system used. Keep getting errors and errors but cant manually signup instead while insisted on using website. Improve your system if you were to introduce digital membership and provide an alternative solution when problems arised. Not just keep asking your customers to try and error and wait for your system. And also abit of weird smell when first entered the room. Worse experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go, the sound system sucked. Poor environment, broken sofa, Pariah microphones, poor TV screen. Nothing was good, the front desk has the worst attitude (Chinese guy in green). Only the Malay guy who served us at 1st floor was good. The only star is for him and his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I came on a Sunday afternoon and paid RM26/pax.
Since it was our first time here, we verbally confirmed with the reception staff that we could bring in outside food and drinks, we decided to order in alcohol since there was a slight disparity in prices and we had already gotten confirmation that we could indeed “bring in outside food and drinks”.
It was only after our karaoke session that the staff came in and insisted we pay them a penalty of RM40 since we had brought in outside alcohol. Even though they agreed that they did NOT specify that alcohol brought in from outside would be penalised, they still insisted on charging us.
If you’re still considering on visiting this branch, I’d honestly advise otherwise. Perhaps another branch may provide a better experience but this was a disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my nicer karaoke experiences. The free flow drinks are good to have, but the free flow soft serve tastes meh. I like how we get a spacious room for 2 pax. Environment is generally clean.
