★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a good place for hang out , but everything changes ,no more member card sharing , song list not friendly,(popular song list but no popular song inside). Song low quality (something like voice cancelation)
And today I met a horrible staff . We paid 11pax $ for 8 pax , we ask for help , but he settle our problem with a "black face" and ignorance .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the preferred place to go karaoke (clean and comfortable) tho abit slow when updating new songs. Just want to say the staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially Maggie! So sweet and patiently helped me and my friends in joining membership .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services here become bad. Foods served is packing food ady which totally bad taste. The room speaker’s bass very low and they don’t want to adjust it as well. Recently lifetime member also cancelled. Fade up with loudspeaker :( thumb down and strongly not recommended anymore!
P/S: they did upgrade in some fancy stuff eg gold mic, standing mic.. upgrade in surface only but true quality is gone :(((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a limit to the amount of songs you car select which is very potong stim. The Japanese song selection is quite pitiful as well. Would be great to include more tokusatsu songs or famous singers like yoasobi's songs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service, we walk in and ask any available room, and they said yes but need to wait them to clean up the room. Then we say ok. But then they "meeting" in front of us for more than 10 minutes and no one go and clean up the room for us until we ask again only she say 'I clean for you now'. Very smelly room. Not recommend this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent enough karaoke place, though our mics kept dying on us so we had to keep going to the counter for charged replacements.
Provides free-flow drinks (non-alcoholic), which lean towards the sweet side, and the restroom was pretty clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mistakes made by the counter staff for wringly deducted member voucher not been resolved after dragged for long time, even told bluntly by customer service staff that it was customer's self-mistake by not informing the counter earlier.... Worst still the outlet owner not willing to call & resolve the issue even being told to do so.
Service in this ktv has deteriorated significantly, I would suggest customers to go to other ktv as there are plenty with better service around in KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room assigned to us was dirty and the sofa was super smelly (some kind of mouldy smell). Please la, clean up the room before you let your customer go in...it's very disgusting, wouldn't wanna stay any minute longer inside the room...not dare to open the mouth to sing and inhale the smelly air inside the lung ?
The ventilation cover on the celling looks like it has been burned before (like a grenade exploded like "fire in the hole" in Counter Strike). Also, you cannot adjust the light brightness - so the room is either all bright or all dark…what a joke...
The whole atmosphere is just… unpleasant....wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this outlet…
