★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 4th, my friends and I went in and paid for a 3 hr karaoke session, but the karaoke equipment malfunctioned after an hour. We decided to leave because there was no proactive update for half an hour or more. We went down to request for a refund for the remaining 2 hrs that we couldn’t enjoy because of the malfunction, but they refused to refund. Instead, they offered for us to come back another time. In the end, we were given a make-up hour card which last for two weeks. A few other conditions that came along with the card were:
- can only be used in the same branch
- must call before coming (which later i saw on the card was “advised to”)
After a week, my friend called them. But now they said they can only give her the two hrs *(which they owed us in the first place),* only if she pays for another 3 hrs of karaoke session - *a condition they *never mentioned about it few weeks ago. Who the hell sings for 5 hrs not even Beyoncé.
Regardless, she did get the 2 hrs without additional charge through negotiations
Fellow Singaporeans and Malaysians do take note that this may happened to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really cheap and decent! RM18 for 3hours of singing. Unlimited self service drinks and ice cream. I think it's really worth going. It's like Singapore Teo Heng but sound system better and price-wise definitely nothing to say~ ? I recommend!
