You have to wait 1hours to see doctor and to collect the medicine it take another 1hours..don't know where to complaint these lazy staffs. Even covid time they making patient to wait and bcoz of waiting clinic looks crowded. Someone take action on them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve a star, worst clinic I have ever visited. No choice but to do preemployment check here as this is the appointed clinic. Nurses have zero common courtesy, I've made multiple calls prior to the visit to ensure that everything can be done on the same day since I have to apply leave purposely, once I arrived on the agreed time, the receptionist just told me casually "oh the X-ray guy is out for sembahyang and he is not coming back, you can come again tomorrow", when a clinic hired receptionist of this kind of quality, be prepared to know that the owner actually don't give a single damn on the service and quality to their patients. Nothing as claimed on their website, it's the type of business that people will say "you might as well close down, you're wasting all the resources on earth "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of the worst one can ever rate. Rude doctor and rude nurse, what a combination. They both are in the wrong field. Just to let you know that you are banned forever. How stupid for a doctor to use hand gesture to ask patient to lean forward when he can ask instead of gesturing without speaking out like calling an animals. I wonder if this how doctors are taught at medical schools. The nurse is one who has zero manners. Hope someone gives her a tight slap on the face. Stupid clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Maya is excellent but the service here is absolutely horrid. The nurses don’t greet the patient with a smile nor do they even bother looking at the patient when they come to the counter. They just continue doing their work until you have to call them. The nurses faces look like the just got punched in the face. Please improve your service and hire more friendlier nurses. Half the nurses there are way too old to be working. I’ve been going to this clinic for over 5 years and nothing has changed. Only Dr Maya is good. Please improve your service and smile! After all, your job is literally in the service line and it’s to serve people.

UM hospital nurses has better eyes and knowledge compared to the female doctor here.
Poor pr towards patient.
