I was here twice. Just to share my disappointment twice. No, I am not flaming, no intention to give bad publicity, but deep down they deserve every single bit for their arrogance, bad business concept and the boss or higher management have this attitude that they are the ONLY organization selling LED items. First trip months back... I always look for discount items or value for money buys. I saw the racing pedals. RM10. Looks pretty, inside the display shelf. I asked for the red one. A set was taken out from the store. I bought one more item, but let's talk about the pedals. The showroom looks neat, organized, clean. Based on that, I let my guard down, paid the bill went home happy. Opened the box to proceed with installation. To my shock and disgust, it's a used item, at least to the point of installing and removed prior to my purchase. Why I said that? The aluminium on the pedal shows signs of aggressive installation. Its bended on the creaves and marks of screwdriver scratches. I took a deep breath. How unethical. I felt like being cheated. I paid for a cheap new item, not USED. Since it's not much that I paid for it, I threw it away in disgust because the cost of going back there and to confront the issue does not justify it. Never going back there. Chinese New Year just a fortnight away. Launched Shoppee to kill time. DRLs came into my mind. Searched for it. Hey I saw one item with good discount. Shucks, LOVECARLED. Ok no point pondering on the past. Went there asked for the item. Politely asked for 2 sets. Came one set. The salesguy did his circus routine. Working, ok, fine. I said where the other set? He loomed at the person in charge for some sort of signal, don't know how to proceed. Then I lightheartedly explained that - If you go buy things there is a right to choose. Fruits, shirts, cinema seats. The man in charge face swelled up. Like customers that want to refer similiar items before purchase is forbidden. Ok, I remember another item I would like to see, LED COB Fog Light, after discount is rm27.xx. They showed it to me. Said it's rm45. Shoppee's price? Not for walk in customers. Haha. Showing superiority. I have no issue, hugely disappointed. I told them of the issue I faced in the first trip, decided to forget due to the attractive holiday discounts, but same thing happened again. Customers have no rights. I thank them for the time, expressing that never again they will see me. Lesson of this whole true story. 1. They do not allow picky customers like me to choose and compare same items for defects because they push out used or older items or refurbished or reconned, whatever the word is, the meaning is the same. BAD BUSINESS PRACTISE. 2. I educate myself of the items that I want to buy prior to shopping. On the DRL LED item, they gave me the older tech lights where the IC is outside the strip inside a black box. I caught their bad intentions. I went further to explain about new DRL techs where IC is embedded in the strip, not a hanging black box. Why like this? The sore faced man in charge said - that one is rm80. Ok. I motivated the wolf to appear. There is plenty of accessory shop within KL and KV. I dislike dishonest ones that think their customer is uneducated more to a fool, and flood the salespitch with lies because customers trust them... * I kept thinking about something I can't piece together. Then it hit me. Their picture advertisememt on Shoppee consists of a few, at least 2 different same item, older tech and current tech. In a way it confuses online shoppers as we surely do our homework from different shopping hubs and seeing the same picture it is definitely misleading with the intention to confuse.

5 stars. They deserve it. Friendly staff and knowledgeable and can suggest the best match for our car. I have purchased xenon lights, fog lights, parking lights, interior design lights, plastic wing kit and all seems to be perfect. They also provides one year warranty for lights and they are really people of words. I had problem with one of my fog light and they replaced me a new one. The price is also quite cheap and reasonable.

If buy from shopee can get cheaper price from this shop.. if walk in it becomes even more expensive.. I just don't get the logic here..same items but some can go more than twice the price..

The worse shop no 1 wanna admit what had happened to my car. I bought a T10 LED 4 day's ago which the guy standing at the front said it was good and for my car can fit when I ask whether can they install the guy said cannot and so on after that I did by my own since T10 is easy to install and after 3 days the bulb had damaged my fuse cause of shortage it had spoiled it... When I contacted the shop they ask me to check this and then get to them after doing the fuse and so on when I came here to claim they said cannot and was rude to me a guy short and coloured hair the big guy didn't involve to help... Worse customer service here
