I would like to share my experience today. I requested for an urgent express delivery for my best friend's wedding gift. I called the customer service agent and was assisted by Mr.Yusri. He was very helpful and attentive. It was a last minute request and they went beyond their working hours to ensure the items were delivered to my friend. I cannot thank enough for the amazing work done and from bottom of my heart I thank you for the assistance provided today. Additionally he send me pictures of the item when it was packed ,picked up by the delivery and drop of at the hotel. Well done and I will surely shop with you again and fully recommend everyone to use them.

The WORST florist ! If you wanted to ruin your memorable day or get rejected for your proposal please order from them.
My fiance wanted to surprise me with a flower bouquet on our anniversary day so he arranged a delivery to my office and paid extra for them to send it anytime after 6 pm as I started working at 6 pm. My fiance also spoken to the customer service personnel to ensure thing goes well through their online chat and she promised that everything will goes well. The rider arrived at 5 pm when I was not in the office and I had to call my other colleagues to collect it for me. Please do not promise your customer for things you cannot do!
What make me furious the most is the flower, seriously????? look at the wrapper, this is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what it shown on their website and this is seriously DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE! WHAT KIND OF COLOUR COMBINATION IS THAT??????!!!!!! It looked super tacky and cheap skate!
The moment I see this flower bouquet I was in great terror, this is the most ugly bouquet I ever seen. This is what I get with the price of RM178?
Our anniversary day was totally RUINED by this DISGUSTING flower bouquet. We wrote an email to demand for a refund and they offer to replace the bouquet. What's the point of replacing it? the anniversary day is over!!!! Imagine if this flower bouquet is order for a wedding proposal, it could RUINED our big day!!!!!
After I called to them and complaint then only they agreed to refund and they wanted to collect the flower bouquet back, to be honest, every time I looked at this flower bouquet it remind me of this TRAUMATIC event of receiving such a DISGUSTING flower bouquet! They can't even give a rough estimation on when their rider! They said will proceed with refund after receiving flower which I knew they wouldn't based on other customer review. My fiance filed a dispute on Paypal to get our money back the next day and luckily we got the money back because of Paypal. If he paid with other method we might not able to get back the money.
This whole incident really ruined our memorable day. My fiance was deeply regretted that he didn't check their Google review before making a purchase. I am writing this review to prevent another victim as it feels really bad to have such experience on a memorable day I do not want to see any other couple having a bad memory on their memorable day because of this florist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A picture tells a thousand words! Lousy and disappointed. Late delivery (last minute around 5pm) and unable to reach by phone/online chat to get to know the delivery status. Worse parts is the flowers are in rotten/fading conditions.. Chances had given and no more next time. Beware for others also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star at all....totally disappointing. The bouquet doesn't worth the price at all, this bouquet cost around RM160. I could even find cheaper yet better quality of bouquet than what I received from here. I find out the price only after I received the bouquet from my boyfriend. So much difference from the photos displayed. I don't really like to comment all these while but this is seriously so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flowers used were not fresh. We received this bouquet around 9am+ for our event and took these pictures about an hour later. Petals from the crysanthemums were dropping all over the floor. Gerberas were fine. We've had many events in the past, seen many bouquets but this never-seen-before level of quality seriously needs a public review. Please improve, QC your bouquets before putting your brand on it.
