★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my kittens for boarding here. The playroom was spacious and the staff are kind enough to send me video of kittens playing. They also volunteered to treat one of my kitten's eye. I believe my cat will be in a good hand if I send them here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my 2 cats John and Jenny for Basic Grooming. At first, we had some issue,miscommunication between one of the staff and I (through phone, one of the staff asked me to come at 11 am to walk in as the groomming service only start at 11 am, no booking needed). Upon arrival at 11am sharp, Sadly i was being told, i have to wait until 6pm for my cats to be groomed because there are already few cats waiting in the que. I was shocked because i was being told to come only at 11 a.m . But the owner( i guess) explained in details and apologized on the staff behalf and handle it professionally. All the cat groomers are certified and the places looking great and neat. The store also provide wide range of cat litter such as Real Litter, Sanmate and etc. The store also do charity as well (adopting malaya tiger in zoo negara and etc). Regardless on what just happened just now, i would like to thank for being so professional and my cats looking great after grooming. Rest assure, i will come again to groom my cats here. My 2cents, the management and staff need to have a clear and firm procedure (such as , important to have a waiting list/booking procedure for cat's grooming). The rest, all good.thank you. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very recommended place to board your cat. Easy wizzy terms. I book only on the day before bcs of emergency situation. Good care of your furry and will give you updated picture everyday. My cat is kind of fierce one, but can slowly be tamed there..will use their serviced again next time.
