★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad today after 9.36 pm when I going to pay for Two watch suddenly I notice I gorget to bring my wallet..I ask that girl she told 9 pm she going to close.i rushing and went my house and come back at shop sharp 9.06 pm she was inside I request to her for purchase my watch..she won’t open the door..even she is in store where is humanity..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Item purchased which is completely unworn (not even an earring!) is not refundable as opposed to their return policy. I was only offered for an exchange from a limited range of their items. Make sure you really like your item or your item such as rings would fit you because there is no turning back once you paid for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my ears pierced here and it was a painless, quick and smooth experience. They use disinfecting wipes for everything and also alcohol swabs prior to piercing. I felt little to no pain and the aftercare procedure was clearly explained as well. Plus a bottle of saline solution spray was also provided. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to pierce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted get some hair accessories, but feel so unwelcome. No one approach saying welcome or inform us anything. Previously I rmb this store have friendly staffs around. So there are 2 girls working and keep tidying up all area but this girl literally just stand beside.....at least keep a distance.....i was looking at the stuff and she keep arranging the same area...is like she doesn't even bother im there ?. Probably they are new, so I decided to walk out from the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my earlobes pierced here by 2 wonderful ladies whom were very kind, friendly and patient with me. They explained everything well, we went over the plan again and again so as to make sure the eventual piercing is perfect. They used disinfecting wipes and alcohol wipes so as to make sure everything was hygienic. For me it was only slightly painful the moment when my ears were pierced, but otherwise not painful after. Aftercare procedures were explained well and you will be given a solution and a guide card. Pricing wise is either RM60 or RM90 depending on the type of earrings you choose and the piercing service is included. Overall a pleasant experience and I definitely recommend here if you wanna do an earlobe piercing.
