β β β β β The sales is impolite while I requested another shopping bag. (I purchase two different things to 2friends as a birthday gift, so I need it pack in different bag.i don't mind to buy one more bag or even separate it as two bills ) but she refused me.. And said even u make separate payment also will only give me a bag only!!!
I would like to ask the company is it have policy says that not allowed to give a bag while u purchase one item?
It sounds to silly to the customer..
I would not come to this branch anymore as the sales (Indian sales girl) attitude is so bad!

β β β β β the customer service here was terrible. I was just browsing today in the shop and your sales girl came to me and said that if i was just browsing and not buying can i leave ? I know now during the pandemic time, thereβs only limited amount of ppl that can go into the stores but youβre not suppose to be this rude to a customer. This is a really bad sales service, like why would you kick a customer out from the shop, you donβt even know if im planning to buy stuff from the shop. The sales girls here are badly trained im sorry to say that.

β β β β β Loooove the piercing experience I got here! The staff who assisted me was so nice and adorable. She advised me on the earrings choice and I decided to get helix and earlobe piercing. Can't wait to come here again. The store even gave me a spray to use on the piercings. Couldn't recommended enough.
