★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first, developer doesn't allow direct transfer of owner's name when the strata tile is not even out yet. This means i will have to wait for Lowyat -> me -> buyer, which will take up one year for my property sales to buyer to complete, and i think it will take 1 year and longer now looking at their speed of doing things. Not sure what are they playing here.
second, my lawyer has already sent all documents to lowyat since November18, and lowyat is still giving the same excuse that director is not in to sign the documents? are u kidding me?!?!
are u reli afraid that the sales will affect ur future phases property selling price? just want to let all future buyers know the experience im having so far. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low yat uses sub standard materials in their building. Cracked floor tiles leaking pipes are major issues
U can checl with Rivercity owners and they have numerous probkems with their unit. Cost thousands of rinngit to rectify. Also did not surrender the visitirs car park to jmb but using it fir themsreves and their staff. Dispute ongiong. Took so many years to issye strata title. PLEASE AVOID BUYING THEIR PROPERTIES.
