★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall quality of service and product provided are very very underwhelming. First of all, I asked them to replace my broken laptop screen but upon returning to the centre they did replace the screen with the new one but the screen was flickering very badly. I had to wait for almost 1 hour so that they can redid the whole process of replacing and rewiring of the screen. But to my disappointment, after just 2 times using the laptop the screen flickered again. Luckily, the screen was still covered by warranty. However, I had to wait for almost 3 weeks to get my laptop back. Not only that, I also purchased a new laptop charger for RM75. You would think that when you buy a new laptop charger they would sell you one that actually works. However, not only did the charger not work properly, I can see that it did some damage to my laptop because whenever I plug in the charger, my keyboard backlight would flicker like crazy. At first I thought the problem was my laptop not the charger, but I tried plugging in the charger other laptops of the same model and it still did not work so obviously the problem was the charger. Because I noticed this within the period covered by warranty, I went to the centre to get a new charger and I thought that they had disappointed me enough but surprisingly the new charger that they gave to me to replace the charger that they sold to me also doesn't work. I tried texting the manager through WhatsApp but he left me on read.
So to conclude sending your devices to be repaired here or buying any product that they sell is a waste of time, money and energy. I will not recommend going to Low Yet Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, i think the location of this store is outdated in Google. They move to different location nearby Darson Xtra. This new establishment is spacious, clean and comfortable to their staffs and the customers.
Because some of the repair process might take a few hours, they provide benches to all of the customer, which is comfortable.
What I like the most about this store is their polite and courteous staffs that are always ready and willing to answer any questions even through phone calls. My desktop problem is the RAM slot which is dusty and dirty, making it unable to read the installed RAM. Instead of manipulating my ignorance to push and sell their product, they clean the RAM slot and didn't even charge me any penny at all.
They also courteous enough to tell me to not spend too much on RAM because its more than enough for me to do my digital illustration job and the fact that the 16GB RAM 2666 is very expensive, in which I agree after browsing the price for it.
Every single thing that I purchased, even a cheap cable converter were automatically tested even though I didn't even ask for it. The way they did their business based on honesty, not manipulating customer every chance they got and the friendliness really made me want to recommend this shop to anyone that have problem with their laptop, desktop or printer.
To LowYet staff, i just want to say thank you for your help, I really appreciate it big time. I hope your business get bigger and bigger as time progress.
