★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my girlfriend and because of that, I am able to tell the difference of the gender not just the massage technic by different establishment.
With the room darken, and my back facing the floor, my masseuse was texting probably the other masseuse that is with my girlfriend as i can hear the tapping sound of her finger nail and a beep right after while massaging my back. She wasnt multitasking. She just apply pressure(resting on my back) and texting behind my back, literally. When i turned over, i was shock to see that she was in FBT instead of the pants she was wearing before. I was very uncomfortable then with the fact that she is still texting. when confronted, she say her boss is checking if she is working. Super lame excuse. Her massage were mainly using her body weight. I am fine with most part until the twisting of back. Felt like it would break if i didnt resist. She is not very big, but she is not that small too. Her massage was uncommon with those i have been to. Some felt suggestive for sexual act but she didnt openly ask which would be where i draw the line.
I would not suggest this place despite the reasonable price.

Must have been a nice massage. Did he lose the 100RM in someone's bra or knickers perhaps other than yours? Oops.
Ask your bf to write stories for NetFlix. Take it from a guy who has gone for a 100 kinky massages in his 20s at massage spas. There are more realistic scenarios to explain how a guy took out a 100RM from his babes handbag for some emergency "happy time" . Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for the 45 min foot massage coupled with 15 min shoulder massage at 53RM nett. The decor is average whilst the skills of my therapist was slightly above average. Customer service was not exactly on point: we were not automatically served tea upon entry and before exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here with a large group of friends and had very inconsistent standards of service treatments. 2 of our friends were treated to a foot wash before their massage begun while the rest of us were ushered up immediately. Also, some were asked to remove clothing, while some were told not to remove any clothing at all (without taking into consideration the fabric friction etc). For me, my masseuse was a Chinese lady whose eyes were constantly glued to her phone. She placed it on the bed while doing the massage for me, so obviously the massage standard was terrible and I did not feel any knots alleviated. For the guys, they were all asked if they wanted extra special services, so I guess this place earns more from such dirty practices instead of focusing on improving their service standards and consistency in providing value to customers. Would not come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I had a very bad experience at the Mount Austin outlet. We went for a massage session yesterday night at 10pm. I was told by a lady staff (who was my bf's masseur) that the receptionist, was going to serve me, was the lady boss (also a Chinese).
Everything was fine until when we stepped out of the place, my bf told me that he was charged 100RM for tips. The China masseur told him that its the standard practice for everyone. He was practically caught in a situation where he had to give in, else I'm not sure what the China masseur will do next to blackmail for the money.
I was served by the lady boss, and I wasn't asked for any tip at all. I was separated from my bf during the massage. My best bet is that my bf was at the losing end because he was holding on to all our belongings and he was a male.
I do not wish to pursue this issue further as it was not a big amount, but at the same time I feel that there is a need to warn all the male (not sure if this will happen to females) customers out there on some tips to not be conned.
Here are some suggestions:
1. Keep all your belongings with your female friend/family.
2. Request for a male masseur.
3. Do a voice recording throughout the session to ensure that you have proof of being conned (if you ever do).
