★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place required major improvement. All area flooded when heavy rain coming. Due to the flood, lift is not functioning and damaged. Escalator also not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 5-star review is actually for the small cafe in the station called Loaves & Bites. This small cafe is amazing as the staffs are totally friendly and attentive to ALL customers! They are very helpful in assisting you with your coffees or food! Their service is quick. Plus, their products are affordable! So, do stop by the small cafe next time you're here, I'm pretty sure y'all will be delighted with their service and friendliness! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service, when i come to customer service office to collect my concession card but no one there and i wait like 30min standing there, so after they come, they talk rude and cant even hear what they say, they say not here ah... I ask them double check,triple check, then only got mine, after that the way they give it to me is rude, unhappy. Hope they can change their attitude towards customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The LRT station looks quite new and well managed. However, there's no bus stop adjacent to it. People have to walk up the high pedestrian bridge and take a long walk to cross over the Subang Airport Road to reach the bus stop across. Not convenient for senior citizens and people with health problems. Buses also take a long time to reach, almost half an hour to see the first bus.
