★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a chiller and said delivered at most by monday. Monday the delivery called me and said my chiller is here but all lorry is out, if u want it today u have to come pick up yourself. I compromised on tuesday morning 11am. By tuesday waited until 12pm, no one comes, so called them. They checked and called back said, okay sir we will deliver to your place right now. What? If i didn't call, u never going to deliver??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on september 10th. Came there to look for something for my project. i usually found everything i need (if it's on the rack inside the store). But today, i was looking for something else and i wonder maybe they have it but i missed it when i eyeball through the rack, so i asked one the staff there and i stood like a log for a few mins waiting him to answer me. Apparently he's "busy" with someone else. So busy that he can't even answer my question for less than a minute. it's like i didn't even exist.

Their own technician screwed up trying to assemble the smart TV's stand. Asked for a new TV, the sales supervisor initially said OK.
Until the day he promised the new TV, he said that new TV cannot be delivered. Dishonest. Untrustworthy.
Avoid this shop at all cost.

Their stuffs are rude and pretend don't know and not willing to serve us while I went back to them for asking some product's question. Please inform your family member or friend don't come to this shop anymore.

Just look here in this Google comments, they don't even bothered to read or reply to the customers comments.
Ban Hin Bee Bkt. Jambul I-Avenue(next to Maybank) offers the best services with their experienced salespersons (can read their customers feedback on Google comment) You won't regret. Thank you ?
