★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm regular customers here, I guess the working environment is damn stress, the customer service is damn bad especially the young big size woman, probably the company need to hire a lot more staff to assist her. Her working speed is fast but customer service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their quality and pricing is good but it's a very confusing ordering process and the web page is useless. No operating hours to be found any where online. Once you manage to get there when they are open you are given a sheet with a hundred items to choose from with no one to answer questions. Would be good to post the ordering options online along with what days and time you're open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a wholesaler so I'm not expecting super duper customer service, if I wanted that I would go to Isetan or citysuper in Hong kong, what you should expect at Lucky frozen is excellent quality meats at much better prices than the supermarket (if you buy in bulk they don't sell tiny portions) I've been going there for years, and their meats have always delivered on taste and quality. Thank you lucky frozen for saving me lots of money especially on those big Bbq parties and I'll see you later today for some of that delicious, juicy air flown fresh tenderloin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Lucky Frozen. I've been their customer since I've moved to KL, and it is hard to beat their cost benefit. All range of beef is available, and although the place is not the best for retailers, I don't really mind as they offer what I need with reasonable price and high quality. What's the operating hours during MCO?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat quality is good but one of the Chinese Auntie sitting at outside table is rude and bad attitude. Previously I bought 1 block of beef striploin and cut into 2 without additional charges. But second time, I bought again, she mentioned that need to charge additional cost per kg.. I explained that last two weeks when I buy never hv this kind of charges. She don't want to listen and reply with very bad and rude attitude said not possible. I think owner of the shop should look into it as the charges are not consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is ok but I would like to bring to the attention of Lucky's Management. Lady Staff sitting outside, the one issusing invoice, is extremely rude and impatient. Bad attitude staff should not be placed at Frontdesk, she should be transfer elsewhere so as not to affect imagines of the Company. I'm in the FNB and Hotel industry, I knew this is a wholesale outlet and is not a high class Supernarket. I do not expect too much on customer service wise. But please do have someone more civilised to sit in the Frontdesk. If her job is not to handle enquires or taking orders, please ask her to hang a notice board on her body, or maybe around her neck, telling people that she is there to issue invoices only, not to anwser questions or to take orders.
