β β β β β Keadaan rumah yang kemas ada dua bilik air dan 2 master bedroom. Tetapi kena pastikan pada management KOTASAS Kekangan pagar utama yang tiada kompromi dengan penduduk pagar close tepat jam 12mlm dan tidak dibenarkan masuk setelah ditutup. Terpaksa pusing jauh sampai ke istana Abdul aziz untuk masuk ke pintu utama. Diminta dikaji semula semua aspek dan tuan rumah patut maklum pada penghuni yg mahu menyewa disini.
The neat home situation has two bathrooms and 2 master bedroom. But to be sure of KOTASAS management The key fence that is uncompromising with the fence residents is close at 12 pm and is not allowed to enter after closing. Had to be dizzy to the palace of Abdul aziz to enter the main gate. Asked to review all aspects and hosts should be aware of the occupants who want to rent here.

β β β β β Saya duduk homestay Type - C. Banyak benda owner homestay kena buat utk perbaiki kekurangan.
Fasiliti - 2/10 ( aircond ada, remote aircond takde, menyusahkan)
Condition perabot - 2/10 (katil besi tunggu masa nak runtuh)
Kebersihan - 1/10 (masa checkin, homestay berbau ibarat ditinggalkan bertahun-tahun, dengan baunya, dengan habuk debu, atas katil dengan semut halus naik lagi)
Bilik air - 1/10 (tandas public R&R lagi bersih, terjaga dan 10x ganda lagi helok)
Bilik tidur - 1/10
Dengan rate RM220 satu malam, homestay tak berbaloi selagi owner tak baiki kekurangan.
I sit homestay Type - C. Many things homestay owners have to do to fix the shortcomings.
Facilities - 2/10 (aircond available, remote aircond no, inconvenient)
Condition of furniture - 2/10 (iron bed waiting for time to collapse)
Cleanliness - 1/10 (checkin time, homestay smells like it has been abandoned for years, with the smell, with dust, on the bed with fine ants up again)
Bathroom - 1/10 (public R&R toilet again clean, maintained and 10x more crooked)
Bedroom - 1/10
With a rate of RM220 per night, the homestay is not worth it as long as the owner does not fix the shortcomings.

β β β β β Situated at Evergreen Kota SAS, Indera Mahkota, easy access to Kuantan Exit. Unit have big outdoor space (no garden), 4 rooms suitable for big family. During our stay, the fridge have stink odour probably of leftover food that not been taking care of. 2 of 4 Dining chair was broken, I hope the owner would give extra plastic chair in the future.
