★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leceh apabila melakukan pembayaran di kaunter kerana daripada 4 ke 5 kaunter cuma 2 yang akan dibuka (difahami faktor kekurangan staff), tapi menjengkelkan apabila pelanggan beratur lebih daripada 20 minit dan apabila sampai giliran melakukan pembayaran pekerja memberitahu kaunter tersebut akan tutup dan sila beratur di kaunter sebelah. Adakah pelanggan perlu beratur lagi dalam jangka masa yang lama?
Adalah lebih baik sekiranya memaklumkan kepada pelanggan yang sedang beratur bahawa kaunter tersebut akan ditutup dan pelanggan yang sedang anda 'entertain' itu adalah pelanggan terakhir di kaunter tersebut daripada membiarkan pelanggan lain beratur dan apabila sampai giliran minta pelanggan beratur semula di kaunter lain. Ini bukan kali pertama terjadi.
 Annoying when making payment at the counter because from 4 to 5 counters only 2 will be opened (understood by staff shortage factor), but annoying when customers queue more than 20 minutes and when it is their turn to make payment employees tell the counter will close and please queue at the counter next. Do customers need to queue again in the long run?
It is better to inform the customer who is queuing that the counter will be closed and the customer you are 'entertaining' is the last customer at the counter than to let other customers queue and when it is their turn to ask customers to queue again at another counter. This is not the first time this has happened.
